Ordering & Shipping Information
Shipping & Ordering:
Orders are usually shipped using Canada Post (least expensive) or UPS but we can also ship using your preferred shipping company.  Shipping costs are calculated once you place you order with us and we can give you a quote to include the shipping when you contact us with your request. We look forward to hearing from you with any questions you may have in regards to pricing or product information.
All Canadian orders are subject to the provincial sales tax of the province the order is shipped to, or as in the case of Ontario, harmonized sales tax(HST).
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Local Customer Orders:
We will call prior to your monthly service time to inquire whether bottles or other supplies are needed.  We do not charge a delivery fee for orders placed and delivered at the same time as a monthly service. Pure Water Concepts will accept returns for exchange or credit due to discrepancy in shipment only if reported within 5 days of receipt and returned in original packaging in like new condition.  Credit returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Any shortages must also be reported within 5 days of receipt.  Product must also pass our inspection upon return for any damage.  Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Defective products can be returned and credit issued only once product is received and inspected and found to be defective.

What to do:

1.    Contact Water Concepts to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number.

2.   Properly repackage product and ensure RGA number is clearly marked on outside of package
Shipping Damages: 
All products are inspected before being shipped, but damages may occur during shipping.  If product is received damaged, it must be reported to the shipping company – usually UPS – within 24 hours.  All boxes and packing material must be saved.  It is possible that the shipping company may want to inspect these materials.  Please notify us of the damage after you have reported the claim to the shipping company.  Upon receipt of the credit from the carrier, the product will be re-shipped.  Of course if the incorrect product is shipped, or the product is defective, we will correct it.
